Well it has been a night that i won't forget for along time.

18th May

9.30pm, yet again my girls are being good to me, Pandora

produces a smart filly by Cavy's boy.

10.15pm Maggie (Love Me Do) decides that she doesn't want to

be the one left out and starts to foal, well a small colt arrived

by Cavy's boy and she got to her feet and started licking him,

then Maggie decided that she just had to go one better and layed

down and started pushing again, Much to my amazment seeing

as she was scanned twice out popped another foal this time a filly,

alittle weak and i have been up feeding her all night but looks to

 be doing well.

Cavy's Boy X Pandora

Cavy's Boy X Love Me Do (Maggie)

Sadly the filly had to be put to sleep 4 days later.

Maggie's colt 3 weeks old.

Painted Dunn Deal X Tiny.

On the 7th may tiny decided she had been carring her foal long enough, at 5.05pm she produced a stunning curly coloured filly.

And that is it for another year.

Well it has been a funny old year with excitement and alot of  sadness.

The birth of twins and then to lose the sweet filly who looked so much like her mum. Then the very sad evening when we lost the battle to keep Hopihe alive she had colic symptoms and the vet thought she had moved the large intestine but after a a while it became clear that she had a twisted gut and had to be put to sleep, she has left a very sweet filly behind. We have a foster mare and are working very hard to get her to except the foal but it isn't look good.
